Our Approach

Our certified coaches work one-on-one with clients to develop and strengthen their executive functioning skills, empowering them to take control of their lives.

Initial Session

In our initial meeting, we'll delve into your objectives, assess your strengths and weaknesses, and work together to create a holistic action plan. This plan will incorporate input and recommendations from your treatment team.

Weekly Sessions

In our weekly meetings, we go over your objectives and break them into achievable milestones. We also examine obstacles hindering progress and engage in brainstorming to generate innovative solutions.

Accountability Check-Ins

Each morning and/or evening, certain clients opt to provide updates via text or email, sharing their daily action steps and reporting completed ones in the evening.
