Frequently asked questions

What is ADHD coaching?

ADHD coaching is a personalized support service designed to help individuals with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) manage their symptoms, improve their organization, develop effective strategies, and achieve their goals.

Do I need a formal diagnosis of ADHD to benefit from coaching?

While a formal diagnosis of ADHD is not required to benefit from coaching, many individuals find it helpful to have a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis. Coaches are trained to work with clients regardless of whether they have a formal diagnosis, focusing on addressing their unique needs and goals.

ADHD coaching is not a substitute for medication or therapy but can complement these treatments. Many individuals with ADHD benefit from a multimodal approach that may include medication, therapy, and coaching to address various aspects of their condition and improve overall functioning.
